Return Policy
At Ivora Threads, you can request a return within 3 days from the date your order is marked as completed.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Returns requested after 3 days will not be accepted.
Refund Process
– For prepaid orders paid via Razorpay, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
